BEING FACED WITH THE UNEXPECTED HAPPENS FROM TIME TO TIME, BUT THIS WILL INEVITABLY EFFECT SCHEDULED GROOMING TIMES, OFTEN LEAVING THE NEXT CLIENT WAITING, AND SO FORTH. DUE TO THESE INCONVENIENCES OUR BUSINESS DAY CAN BE AFFECTED, AND THEREFORE WE FEEL IT IS NECESSARY TO COVER EXPENSES AND CHARGE AN APPROPRIATE FEE.

Flea Clearance - £25.00 

Tick Clearance - £1.00 per tick

Dirty Dogs (muddy, sandy etc - extra wash cost) - £8.00  

Dirty Dogs (faeces or urine whether their own or another animals) - £10.00 

Entire males - £10.00 

Females In Season - £15.00 

Knotted/Tangled Coat (brush out fee) - £15.00 

Matted Coat (shave off fee) - £25.00 per hour

Behaviour management - £10.00 per hour

Extra staffing - £15.00 per hour

Muzzle fee - £10.00

WE STRONGLY ADVISE TOILETING YOUR DOG BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT - ANY SOILING IN EITHER THE SALON OR SHOP AREAS WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

LATE DROP OFFS & PICK UPS - Will incur a fee of £10.00 per 30 minutes (or part thereof)

CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING - We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment, if we are not afforded this notice there will be a 50% fee to cover inconvenience and loss of earnings, this must be paid before another appointment can be made.

NO SHOW FEE (If you do not show up for a booked appointment) - The fee will be charged at the full groom price to cover inconvenience and loss of earnings. If this occurs more than once, we reserve the right to cancel your contract under breach of terms. Any fees owed must be paid before another appointment can be made.
